Dimethyltryptamine (DMT), is produced by the pineal gland during dream. It is found in many plants and animals. It allows us to perceive and interact with the spirit world beyond the veil of illusion of physical reality.

I also use white sage and palo santo wood for cleansing space before entering a ceremony or meditation. They offer protection, have a very powerful effect on the third eye (psychic sense) as well as making it easier to enter an altered state.
An altar can be as small as a candle or incense or you can expand it by adding symbols that you’d like to work with.
You give powers to your altar by invoking the energies that you want to work with: angels, archangels, spiritual healers, shamans, dolphins, fairies, dragons, goddesses, spirit of power animals etc.
When invoking these vibrations your mind enters an altered state of parallel world of existence where vibrations are perceived differently and your mind is able to move between worlds and communicate with other spirits depending on your ability of communication.
Keep your altar clean, dust it on a regular basis, honor it, enter the space being humble, with respect. Sacred music can be played or use chanting to amplify the focus and powers of your ritual/ceremony.
When you have completed your work in front of your altar give honor to helping spirits or energies you have been meditating or working with and ask the spirits to depart in peace.

Before I went to bed one night I got an inspired idea from my spiritual guides to place a spirit quartz crystal under my pillow. I knew it was necessary, but why? I had to find out the next morning.
After my usual “blessing everything in my life” morning “ritual”, I suddenly got it!
I remembered my dream. Yay!!! It’s so great to remember dreams, specially good ones!!! I have a great technique for it.
I traveled astrally all night and this is what happened:
In my dream I was watching a kahuna (ancient Hawaiian shaman woman) teaching young children at a spiritual psychic school how to remove unwanted cords. She got me really interested as cutting cords is one of the techniques that I use in my healing sessions.
I politely asked her to cut a cord as I knew I had one.
She asked me “How do you know you’ve been corded?”
I replied: “I just know it”.
After she scanned me she confirmed that I was having a thick unnecessary cord which needed to be released. As she was removing my thick cord I could feel a little pain in my solar plexus. After she completed removing the cord she said a “telepathic healing prayer” which I totally understood without hearing it with my physical ears to complete the healing process.
Speaking about telepathy, lately I find it so amusing reading people’s thoughts now and then…
Kahunas are a great inspiration to me: I am really grateful for their spiritual teachings and guidance, they my spiritual healers that work with me during healing sessions.
The energy that this spiritual guide was putting in the healing process was very intense.
She had also placed a pouch with wild high vibrational herbs on my solar plexus to speed up the healing process. After she finished her healing I watched her cleaning a very big crystal she worked with removing the cords. She mentioned to me that the cord I had was connected to three women in my life that did not served my higher level of my excellence and now the attachment was removed, setting myself and the three women free.
I gave her money – equal exchange of energy, I thanked and blessed her and interesting enough I woke up. The dream was so vivid that after I woke up my solar plexus felt like I have had psychic surgery done on it. My higher self (aumakua) knew that I needed the cord removal that’s why I placed the spirit quartz under my pillow to get help from my kahuna spiritual healer.
Spirit quartz crystal is one of my favorite crystals, I love their healing energy. I used them in my meditations, healing and spiritual work, moon transmissions and have them next to my bed. They clean and activate other crystals and gemstones. They are used for dreaming and astral projection. They are known to remove fear, they open and activate crown chakra and maintain a field of protection. They stimulate emotional, spiritual and subtle bodies. Vaccines damage ones auric field, modify ones DNA and block psychic abilities we were all born with.
When I was a child, I was given a vaccine shot in one of my legs. I was the only one in my class who got dizzy and fainted. My body refused the foreign stuff it was injected in me. It not only torn my aura but I felt etherically abused.
My parents didn’t know any better. Most of the people don’t know the truth that vaccines are voluntary and not mandatory. The legal language (legalese) can be confusing if you don’t open your eyes wide and educate yourself.
A man I helped with energy work, brought his 8 year old daughter along for a healing session.
I “knew” immediately she is sensitive and she can see AURA. Souls from similar tribes recognize each other immediately. We connected immediatelly. Our souls knew each other’s vibrations.
I asked her what colors she could see around my head. She told me: mostly green and blue. I then asked her to look at other people’s aura and tell us what colors she sees. She was seeing teh colors I was seeing.
My higher self knew she was not vaccinated but to prove to my unconscious mind and “Ego” that she wasn’t vaccinated I asked her father if she has had any immunization. Of course the answer was NO! That explains why she sees auras.
Her father was shocked to see his daughter being so sensitive. I asked her if she talks about these things with people. Her reply was: “I am afraid people would think I am crazy”. How many sensitive kids are out there with psychic gifts that can share their talents with the world but cannot because they are afraid of being ridiculed?
What about parents never encouraging them to express themselves freely and work with their gifts?
How many kids have so called “imaginary friends”?
Have you ever noticed a baby or a child looking through you or around you like he sees something you don’t see around?
Psychic abilities are weakened by vaccination, they become dormant and when activated by life force they can be awakened. As the frequency of earth is changing the vaccine “spells” is surfacing and dissolving. Awesome!
One day I was guided to do a past life regression on myself along with etheric work to cancel all vaccine vibration done to me without my consent or fully understanding. I relaxed deeply and asked to go back in time when I had first inoculation. To my amazement I didn’t see myself as a little girl, I saw a native Indian man who was ready to receive a shot. I stopped the picture of him right before taking a shot and replaced it with “go home safe” (no vaccination being done). After canceling the vaccines on this life I saw two more “past lives” and then I saw myself as a child. I replaced the vaccination process with “go home safe”.
Since I have cancelled the vibration of vaccines, opportunities have opened up for me to the highest psychic potential so far.
In my life I was challenged by the immigration authorities to get vaccinated and I refused politely. 🙂
I had to demonstrate what my true moral and spiritual believes are. It wasn’t easy, but there are ways out if you work with your warrior spirit and highest guidance. You become higher then the problem and succeed.

How do I know when my Spirit Guide or Angel is talking with me?
This is an exercise that begins with the heart – not the mind. Many people hear their Guides and Angles in their heart as a quiet voice or perhaps a thought. Understanding the difference between one of your thoughts and a message is discernment. The difference is subtle, which uses a different skill than seeing the difference between a can of soda and glass of water. This skill begins inside away from the hustle and bustle of circumstances and the opinions of others.
The secret to success is trusting yourself to let in what you hear and believe it.
Your intuition is the inner skill set that plays an important role in this communication. An easy way to distinguish messages from thoughts is that the messages will always be positive and helpful. They can also provide warnings if there is danger. Messages can come in dreams or through signs tor synchronistic events – remember there are no coincidences.
Your Guides and Angels know one thing about you that you often forget, “You are a Beloved Being and are loved completely and fully.”

Do I have more than one Guide or Angel?
You can have dozens of Guides and Angels. They can be Ascended Masters or come from lives you have lived, be someone you have known in this life that has passed over, or be from another universe. They can also be animals or from the Nature Kingdom. We each have a Guardian Angel that is assigned to us at birth. All you have to do is call and they will be there for you. The trick is to remember calling for them. They have so much unconditional love for you. At other times you have a Guide or Angel that is assigned to you for a certain protection, creativity, or healing.
How do I know my Guide or Angel is talking with me?
It is easier to hear them speaking to you in your heart. You need to move your awareness from your mind to your heart to create a listening opportunity. This involves three easy steps that you can do almost anywhere.
1. Establish a stream of inner attention on the pulse of your heart for a minute or two. It helps to focus on your breathing and let go of thinking about this or that. Just listen to your breathing and the pulse of your heart.
2. Ask your Guides and Angels to be with you now. You don’t need their name to get started. Just ask inside or even verbally. “I ask that my Angels and Guides be with me now for my highest and best good.”
3. Be receptive. That means, no doubting allowed here. Listen to the impressions, voices, and thoughts that resound within you. Or, have a blank piece of paper in front of you and allow yourself to write freely without thinking about what you are writing. In other words, write down your impressions and voices and thoughts. All these will be positive and filled with love, encouragement, and Light.
Your Guides and Angels want to be off service to you. They are available to you 24/7. Don’t hesitate to call on them.
What is the benefit of listening to my Guides and Angels?
Your Guides and Angels have their Light to share with you. They have your best interest at hand and will help you live your life according to the deepest values in your heart. They are here to have you accomplish your heart’s desires: happiness, prosperity, joy, loving relationships, vibrant health, and fulfillment on every level. They want you to avoid danger and will provide you with warnings.
For example, I have seen people’s Guides and Angels tell them to slow down the temp of their living, that they do certain things. And, when they folks don’t follow that advice then they end up in an accident or painful situation that makes them take it easy and slow down. Call on your Guides and Angels frequently, they are here to assist you – now.

Feeling as though you are in a pressure cooker or in intense energy; feeling stress. Remember, you are adjusting to a higher vibration and you will eventually adjust. Old patterns, behaviors and beliefs are also being pushed to the surface. There is a lot going on inside of you!
A feeling of disorientation; not knowing where you are; a loss of a sense of place. You are not in 3D anymore, as you have moved or in the process of moving into the higher realms.
Unusual aches and pains throughout different parts of your body. You are purifying and releasing blocked energy vibrating at 3D while you are vibrating in a higher dimension.
Waking at night between 2 and 4 a.m. As you progress, waking at 5 a.m. Much is going on in your dream state. You can’t be there for long lengths of time and need a break. This is also the “cleansing and releasing” hour.
Memory loss. Difficulty accessing words. A great abundance of short term memory loss and only vague remembrances of your past. You are in more than one dimension at a time, and going back and forth as part of the transition (you are experiencing a “disconnect”). Also, your past is part of the Old, and the Old is forever gone. Being in the Now is the way of the New World!
“Seeing” and “hearing” things. You are experiencing different dimenions as you transition, all according to how sensitive you are and how you are wired.
Loss of identity. You try to access the Old you, but it is no longer there. You may not know who you are looking at in the mirror! You have cleared much of your old patterns and are now embodying much more light and a simpler, more purified divine you. All is in order….you’re OK.

Feeling “out of body”. You may feel as though someone is talking, but it is not you. Our bodies are the last to catch up and are not in the same place as the rest of us.
In addition, this phenomenon can also occur as it is our natural defense mechanism of survival when we are under acute stress or feeling traumatized or out of control.
Your body is going through a lot and you may not want to be in it. At one point, my ascension guide told me that this was a way of easing the transition process, and that I did not need to experience what my body was going through.
Periods of deep sleeping. You are resting from all the acclimating and are integrating, as well as building up for the next phase.
Heightened sensitivities to your surroundings. Crowds, noise, foods, TV, other human voices and various other stimulations are barely tolerable. You also overwhelm very easily and become easily overstimulated. You are tuning up! Know that this will eventually pass.
Dizziness, loss of balance, back and neck pain……..Headaches.
Crying about anything, whether wonderful or sad.
Not remembering the meaning of anything. When I was in an intense period of the transitional process and we were in the throws of a substantial energy thrust into the higher realms, I remember looking at a trashcan and not knowing what it was for.
I had to access my memory of the “old” and reach far. What was happening was that I was vibrating at a point where everything only possesses the meaning and identity that we give it.
In the higher realms, energy is just energy with no label or meaning. All is fresh and new. Sort of a Course In Miracles undoing process, without the “trying”.
Difficulty in remembering what you did or who you talked to a day or sometimes just an hour before. In the higher realms, reality is very much in the moment.
If we do not hold something in our consciousness, it simply ceases to exist. We have no attachments. We are creating our own world around us through our beliefs and thoughts and what we do not “hold onto” does not exist.
Everything is brand new as we are starting completely over, moment to moment. We can tap into whatever we choose to at any moment and create and experience just that. This state comes and goes, but is practice for living in the higher realms. It can feel a bit creepy when it occurs.
You don’t feel like doing anything. You are in a rest period, “rebooting”. Your body knows what it needs. In addition, when you begin reaching the higher realms, “doing” and “making things happen” becomes obsolete as the New energies support the feminine of basking, receiving, creating, self-care and nurturing. Ask the Universe to “bring” you what you want while you are enjoying yourself and having fun!
An intolerance for lower vibrational things (of the 3D) reflected in conversations, attitudes, societal structures, healing modalities, etc. They literally make you feel “sick” inside. You are in a higher vibration and your energies are no longer in alignment.

You are being “pushed” to move forward…..to “be” and create the New. In addition, you may feel like staying home or just being alone as much of everything “out there” no longer matches the higher vibration of YOU.
A loss of desire for food. Your body is adjusting to a new, higher state of being. Also, part of you does not want to be here anymore in the Old.
A sudden disappearance of friends, activities, habits, jobs and residences. You are evolving beyond what you used to be, and these people and surroundings no longer match your vibration. The New will soon arrive and feel so-o-o-o much better!
You absolutely cannot do certain things anymore. When you try to do your usual routine and activities, it feels downright awful. Same as above.
Days of extreme fatigue. Your body is losing density and going through intense restructuring.

A need to eat often along with what feels like attacks of low blood sugar. Weight gain (especially in the abdominal area). A craving for protein. You are requiring an enormous amount of fuel for this ascension process. Weight gain with an inablilty to loose it no matter what you do is one of the most typical experiences.
Trust that your body knows what it is doing.
(Note: The body seems to need this extra weight for processing and holding these New higher vibrations. In addition, the liver goes on overdrive as it is rapidly processing and detoxing.
An overtaxed liver can lead to abdominal weight gain and frequent waking around 3 a.m. (the liver hour in oriental medicine). Liver supports that can be helpful are milk thistle, casual walks, breathing and trusting in the future.)
Experiencing emotional ups and downs; weeping. Our emotions are our outlet for release, and we are releasing a lot.
A wanting to go Home, as if everything is OVER and you don’t belong here anymore. We are returning to Source. Everything IS over. (But many of us are staying to experience and create the New World). Also, our old plans for coming have been completed.
Feeling you are going insane, or must be developing a mental illness of some sort. You are rapidly experiencing several dimensions and greatly opening. Much is available to you now. You are just not used to it. Your awareness has been heightened and your barriers are gone. This will pass and you will eventually feel very at Home like you have never felt before, as Home is now here.
Anxiety and panic and feelings of hysteria. Your ego is losing much of itself and is afraid. It may feel as if everything is ending (most of everything is!).Your system is also on overload. Things are happening to you that you may not understand.
You are also losing behavior patterns of a lower vibration that you developed for survival in 3D. This may make you feel vulnerable and powerless.
These patterns and behaviors you are losing are not needed in the higher realms. This will pass and you will eventually feel so much love, safety and unity. Just wait!
Depression. The outer world may not be in alignment with the New, higher vibrational you. It doesn’t feel so good out there. You are also releasing lower, darker energies and you are “seeing” through them. Hang in there!
Your dreamstate will eventually improve and you will enjoy it again. Some experience this releasing while awake. My mother commented one day that she believed I was having nightmares in the daytime!
Night sweats and hot flashes. Your body is “heating” up as it burns off residue.
Your plans suddenly change in mid-stream and go in a completely different direction. Your soul is balancing out your energy. It usually feels GREAT in this new direction, as your soul knows more than you do! It is breaking your “rut” choices and vibration.
You have created a situation that seems like your worst nightmare, with many “worst nightmare” aspects to it. Your soul is guiding you into “stretching” into aspects of yourself where you were lacking, or into “toning down” aspects where you had an overabundance.
Your energy is just balancing itself. Finding your way to peace through this situation is the test you have set up for yourself.
This is YOUR journey, and your soul would not have set it up if you weren’t ready. You are the one who finds your way out and you will. Looking back, you will have gratitude for the experience and be a different person

“We are being changed physically from carbon-based beings with 2 strands of DNA into crystalline beings with 1,024 strands of DNA (eventually), because only crystalline substances can exist on higher dimensional levels. We are in fact having our bodies merged with Sirian DNA strands, as this format is close enough to our own to be able to integrate with relatively little side effects.
It is not just we humans who are changing, but all life forms on Earth are becoming crystalline. All the fish in the sea, the flowers and trees in your garden, the birds in the sky, even your pet dog or cat. Everything is changing … for we are all moving together into a new state of being. This new state of being requires therefore that we physically, mentally and emotionally let go of 3rd-dimensional concepts. Just as in death, the letting go is a major part of the change process, for one cannot take the old values and way of being into a new completely different afterlife. So the progression through changes compels us to let go of current relationships, jobs, careers, homes, possessions, and so on, if they are unable to support our new way of being. Is it any wonder therefore, that there is a great deal of anxiety and fear being felt because these changes are already in progress, even though most people are not conscious of it. Also, the changes to our physiological makeup are currently speeding up and there are many temporary physical symptoms that are occurring in our bodies as a consequence of this.
Some of these are:
* Flu-like symptoms – high temperatures, sweating, aching bones and joints, etc.
* Migraine headaches – severe pain that is not relieved with pain-killers.
* Occasional diarrhea.
* Occasional runny nose – with sneezing which lasts 24 hours and is not cold or hay fever.
* Dizziness
* Ringing in the ears
* Heart palpitations
* Feeling the whole body vibrate – especially at night when one is in a relaxed state.
* Intense muscle spasms – plus pain in the body, often the back.
* Tingling – in arms, hands, legs or feet.
* Loss of muscular power – in hands, caused by changes in circulation system.
* Occasional breathing difficulties – and/or noticing stronger or louder breathing when in a relaxed state.
* Immune system changes
* Lymphatic system changes
* Feeling tired – or exhausted from minor exertion.
* Wanting to sleep – longer and more often than normal.
* Toenails and hair growing quicker than normal.
* Bouts of depression for no real reason.
* Delving into the past – and looking at relationships, gaining clarity on personal issues.
* Feeling of a huge purge
* Tension, anxiety and high stress levels – because one feels that something is going on but doesn’t know what it is.
Some of these symptoms are being felt by a great many people. Many are rushing off in panic to their doctor, chiropractor, herbalist, and so on, and are usually told that there is nothing wrong with them. And this is the truth. For all these symptoms are just temporary and simply indicate that these physiological changes are occurring.
Some of the RECOMMENDED RELIEF REMEDIES for the above are:
* Go with the flow, don’t fight it. If you feel tired and exhausted, rest and get plenty of sleep.
* Drink lots of water, for you are detoxifying and dehydrating quicker than usual.
* To relieve emotional tension and stress levels try relaxing herbs like valerian.
* Fenugreek relieves stress on the lymphatic system and helps the detoxification.
* To relieve muscle spasm try mud baths or a long, hot soak in a bath to which you add a cup of Epsom salts. Do this daily.
Recognize that even if you are having heart palpitations or breathing difficulties, it is the heart chakra or the throat chakra that is unblocking and that the symptoms are temporary. You aren’t dying, just changing!
However, don’t just take my word for it. Seek medical guidance if you are unsure. If you don’t know where to get valerian or fenugreek, try a health food store or, better still, simply say the name in your head when you need relief. All healing energies are transmitted via the sound of the name and are just as effective said in the mind or aloud, as in physically taking them. Try it and see.
